Job Summary
The Overseas Operations Knowledge Management and Learning Department serves to structure and drive a systemic approach where knowledge is generated, collected, and curated so that persons who need it can easily access it and use it to improve knowledge, skills, systems, and processes so that OverOps becomes more agile and efficient in the way it operates.
This position is a member of the Overseas Operations (OverOps) Knowledge Management and Learning Department whose primary function is to promote existing KML standards and best practices and serve as a liaison between the KML department and Overseas Operations staff. The Advisor I will be the primary KML point person for the Program Impact & Quality Assurance (PIQA) Department

Roles and Key Responsibilities:
Overseas Operations
- Identify and document business needs of OverOps staff, primarily overseas staff, to support efficient prioritization and solutioning. Drafting functional requirements and leading and organizing functional design workshops, when necessary, to support more complex requests.
- Assist with documenting and sharing learning – ensure requirements, lessons learned, and best practices for products, events, and other knowledge management activities are clear and documented in line with OverOps KML Framework.
- Support KML Sr Advisor for Change Management and Training with OverOps KML Communications strategy and promotion
- Stay abreast of unmet KML needs through regular engagement with OverOps teams and provide feedback to OverOps KML team on pain points. Partner with OverOps KML team to design new KML tools and services, as needed.
- Reinforce KML protocols and standards through trainings, presentations, and representation at key meetings. Provide orientation to staff on basic KML functions and best practices, creating job aids, how to guides, and other presentation content, where applicable.
- Support development of KML indicators to track progress against KML road map. Provide technical review and feedback on KML products prior to release
PIQA
- Serve as KML point person for PIQA Department and the primary site owner for PIQA MyCRS site
- Responsible for attending PIQA monthly meetings, keeping high-level notes for PIQA meetings
- Maintain PIQA Support dashboard, tracker, request form, and automated processes with support from Data Quality and Analytics Advisor, as needed
- Responsible for monthly reporting within PIQA and other OverOps departments as requested

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two to three years of progressively responsible work experience.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize O365, SharePoint. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM, a plus
- Strong time management skills, ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills, able to edit and proofread documents.
Required Languages – Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French, Arabic, and/or Spanish a plus.
Travel – Ability to travel domestically and overseas up to 10%.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical ideas and concerns in a non-technical manner.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse colleagues and international organizations
- Experience with information systems preferred. Strong aptitude for learning new technology
- Familiarity with Power BI
